Standard Business Conditions (SBC) of Atelier Mondsee
1. Conclusion of contract
The contract between Atelier Mondsee and the ordering customers is based on these business conditions. The customer accepts therefore the SBC of Atelier Mondsee.
2. Product proposal
All product information relating to the customers order are non-binding. In particular errors relating description, images and price information are under reserve.
3. Conditions of payment
Product prices are published in required currency. Accounts are payed in Swiss Francs. Shipping and packaging expenses will be calculated separately. Since products/suppliers continuously change, product prices may vary from one shipment to the other. Dispatch after receipt of payment.
4. Conditions of delivery
Atelier Mondsee is concerned for a quick dispatch. If the product is not on stock or the order is a custom-made product, the dispatch takes longer. Due to large quantity of orders and the long duration large handwork takes, dispatch may take a couple of weeks. With the order confirmation customer gets all the exact information and may adjust his order.
Returned orders due to uncomplete or false addresses will be charged.
5. Reservation of proprietary rights
Atelier Mondsee products are at Atelier Mondsee proprietary until full payment is done.
6. ROR Right of return
Customers have no right of return orders. In case customer is uncertain when ordering, he may ask for more pictures. Reservations in the meantime are not possible.
Any customer claims, in any legal foundation are excluded at any time.
Since many products are made out of natural materials, colors may vary. Colors also vary on different computer screens.
Customer complaint within 3 days after receiving the Atelier Mondsee order.
10. Customer data
Customer data will not be passed out.
